The success rate of the firm's advise on tax and business transaction structuring has been one of the highest, as much as 99%,(compared to the average of 80% in similar cases) when tested before the various judicial and quasi-judicial fora including appellate authorities.

In the year 2006, SMD advisory Services P Ltd was formed to extend the services to a wider range based on the expertise and capabilities of the persons involved in the service of the company.
